Eyelashes are the new cheekbones, so when we heard about Estée Lauder’s new TurboLash All Effects Motion Mascara, we couldn’t wait to wield the wand.
Here are our tips to perfect peepers:
1. Unscrew the top and giggle as the wand softly vibrates in your hand.
